Our Story
At the Destined Child International Foundation (DCIF), our vision is simple yet profound: to build a Nigeria where every child has a home, every widow has dignity, and every less privileged individual has the opportunity to thrive.
Based here in Abuja, Nigeria, our core mission is to reduce poverty by reaching out to the most vulnerable - orphans, widows, and the less privileged. We believe true development starts at the grassroots, addressing fundamental human needs.
We operate primarily within the FCT, transforming communities like the Kuchingoro IDP camp. Our work focuses on providing food, shelter, and basic education for orphans and street children, while empowering widows and the less privileged through income generation programs.

Restoring Dignity
We met an 80-year-old woman living in a dilapidated house with a caved-in roof. Within 4 months, we built her a new home where she lived with security and renewed hope until she peacefully passed away.
Education Success
Benjamin, an orphan boy, approached us for university sponsorship. After due diligence, he received a DCIF Scholarship. Today, Benjamin is a proud university graduate, ready to give back to his community.
